BFA in Painting/Studio Art , University of North Carolina

Chris holds a BFA in Painting/Studio Art, which he received from University of North Carolina. In 1994, Chris entered the UNC Art Show and won the Sharp Award.

While in school and working jobs, Chris continued performing and recording music. Chris’s maintenance experience developed from the necessity of maintaining band and recording equipment. Combining his experience with the other Lab Facilitators, Chris helps provide a broad range of perspective and practical knowledge. He sometimes wishes he had more time with the students but praises how Total Immersion is “closer to the real world”. The accomplishment of helping a student understand a problem never ceases to inspire him.
