Bill Craig | Lab Facilitator: Media Sound and Visual 1 & 2

BA in Theater Arts (Radio, Television and Film Production), MA in Theater Arts (Playwriting), San Jose State University

Bill is the recipient of the Sam Shubert Fellowship in Playwriting. He has extensive teaching experience which includes being the Recipient of the Gilliland Chair in Theater Arts, at San Jose State University where he conducted colloquiums on creativity and logic, and taught courses in Fiction & Documentary screenwriting.  He has taught courses at San Jose State University in Radio-TV-Film Production, Scriptwriting, Playwriting, and was the faculty General Manager for the University radio station, KSJS.  He has also taught courses in Creative Writing at Gavilan Community College.  Bill continues to be involved in TV/Film Writing and Producing in the freelance market; his experience includes working as the president of The Craig Media Group, a Staff Producer and Writer at Public Broadcast Station KNPB TV/5, and a Staff Producer, Director and Writer for Group Visionary Productions where he provided creative services and supervised a five-member crew for various film and video programs.  Bill recently completed a how-to book on screenwriting, MovieMind for Screenwriters, and a companion book, Johnny Nine Lives (a screenplay).
