Andrew graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Political Science, thereafter he taught English in Hakodote, Japan for two years before attending Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley, where he earned his juris doctorate in 1990. Andy has been licensed to practice law since in the state of California since 1990. Andy specializes in intellectual property and business law, and litigation. He is the primary shareholder of Bay Oak Law, in Oakland, CA and has advised many companies regarding intellectual property, as well as represented them in court in copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Andy has published articles regarding trade secrets, employment and intellectual property law.
