Jon L. Duman is a San Francisco Bay Area-based attorney whose law practice encompasses all areas of media, entertainment and the arts. Jon Duman’s client list includes a diverse array of artists, performers. producers, record labels, composers, filmmakers, software developers and graphic designers, on whose behalf he has negotiated favorable deals over the last 15 years with the likes of Sony Entertainment, Warner Music Group, Universal Pictures, The Walt Disney Co., Fox Sports International, Apple, Inc./I-Tunes, Activision, Mattel Toy Corp., and Google Inc., among numerous others. Jon Duman also specializes in assisting entertainment/media-based businesses and entrepreneurs with a variety of general business matters, including entity formation, joint/group ventures, acquisitions, financing agreements, and intellectual property development/protection.

In addition to his solo law practice and various teaching activities, Jon Duman regularly participates in workshops and presentations covering a wide range of business, media and entertainment industry topics.

Jon Duman is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with degrees in political science and history, and received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
