Student Housing

There are many options for student housing near the Ex’pression campus. Emeryville, Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco all have apartments, shared housing, condos and rentals and there is public transportation to and from the Expression campus. Since there are many colleges and universities in the area, including the University of California at Berkeley, there are many options available for student housing.

Ex’pression College has partnered with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to provide housing assistance to all students.

CHS logoCollegiate Housing Services provides off-campus housing services to students across the United States. They offer a Shared Housing Program designed to simplify the student’s housing search so they can focus on school. The typical set up for Shared Housing is a two bedroom apartment with two students in each room. Shared Housing is same-gender housing. Housing is either within walking distance to the school or on a public transportation line.

For students who do not qualify for Shared Housing, i.e., relocating with non-Ex’pression students, with family, or with pets, there is a Referral Housing Program available.

For additional information or to apply for housing, visit Collegiate Housing Services’ website www.housingservices.com, or call 1-800-866-8346.
