Ex’pression alumnus Roy Miles directed this video for Talib Kweli’s song Cold Rain. Roy enlisted the help of AVE program director Andrew Schlussel and course director Brian Andrews to create visual effects shots in this video.

Motion Graphic Design students, Lydia Baillergeau and Karen Wong, won a PSA contest from the Safe America Foundation as a part of a class project!

Lydia Baillergeau created this piece in the Motion Graphics 2 class for an AT&T “Simplify Your Life” contest. She illustrated all of the assets in Adobe Illustrator and animated in After Effects.

Ex’pression students took first place in motion graphics at the future@motion 2010 competition!

A short love story made by students at Ex’pression College for Digital Arts (Adam Ardans,Tiffany Lo, Travis Munn, Eric Night Pipe, and Darrin O’Hara).

Justin Kohn (Coraline, James and the Giant Peach), along with cameraman Peter Williams (Coraline and others), brought their current project, a stop-motion film adapted from H. G. Wells War of the Worlds novel, to Ex’pression College to begin production on a trailer for the film.

Sound Arts student David Unger, of David Unger Music, has recently been creating a media storm by concocting very clever and catchy cover song videos of their favorite artists, including B.o.B and Nicki Minaj.

Two years ago, Sound Arts students Danny Varela and Randall Imel presented their MSV (Media Sound & Visual) project at the Apple Store, San Francisco, for a Student Showcase.
