Equipment Room 24/7
The Ex’pression College Equipment Room monitors the usage of virtually all equipment and gear for students, events, classrooms, and more! They’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Don’t think people are checking gear out at 3am? Sound labs will occasionally run 12-4am to mimic industry conditions and to serve demand. Studios are typically booked non-stop, especially on weekends.
There are tiered levels of checkout capability for students based on where they are in their particular program. So students shouldn’t expect to show up on day one and be able to check out Neumann mics or HVX video cameras. All gear is ultimately available once proper training and course level has been achieved. Students, Alumni, and faculty & staff alike should always try to return equipment on time and to be conscious of how they treat the gear.

so anyone can get their gear anytime the creative wave hits them. That is priceless. I feel that goes a long way with the student population. The more I read about this school, the more I am impressed
