MGD grad creates looks for CMA artists

MAXON, maker of the 3D software CINEMA 4D, featured an article on their site detailing the ways in which artists use their software. Included in the story is Ex’pression College alumnus Christopher McCard (Class 58).

Christopher, one of 10 artists at New York-based Mantra Studios, builds over-the-top performance looks for the Country Music Association Awards (CMA) show with the help of CINEMA 4D and Adobe After Effects. He and the studio have created these looks for 13 different artists, including Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker.

i second the previous way to go by the colorful gent. Good job Chris. There are some cool companies to work for and MTV is certainly one of them (opinions may differ). And the closer you can get to working with Taylor Swift, the better (as a general rule of thumb)
