Laura Escudé (Ableton Certified Trainer, Los Angeles) will conduct a workshop covering production and live performance features in Ableton Live.
Laura Escudé is a critically acclaimed violinist, composer, sound designer, music technologist and educator who often performs with bands and ensembles, including the world music band Niyaz, Trace Element, the Santa Monica Symphony, the Torrance Symphony, the Multi-Ethnic Star Orchestra (MESTO), and the Observatory Orchestra. Laura is the Director of the Los Angeles Ableton User Group, which she launched in 2007. As an Ableton consultant and former product specialist, she has keynoted presentations at numerous industry events, including NAMM and Remix Hotel. She was the Ableton tour consultant for Kanye West’s 2008 tour.
Laura Escudé is also an audio software expert based in Los Angeles who covers all aspects of Ableton Live, from production, composition and sound design to live performance and DJing. She works with A-list engineers to get their tour or studio production fully working with Live. Laura teaches Ableton workshops both online and in LA, is Director of the Ableton User Group-Los Angeles and does private training and consulting in Los Angeles and all over the world via the Internet.
