Summer Camp 2012

Accepting applications for Ex’pression Summer Camp 2012. The camps run from July 30th to August 3rd and cost $350 per student.

Producer/engineer Enrique Gonzalez Müller (, , , , , and more.) will be presenting, “Demystifying the Modern Producer” on Tuesday, February 28th.

Graduate Highlights

Hugo

Animation & Visual Effects graduate, (Class 20), is up for an Academy Award for his work on the film, Hugo! Alex was the Digital Effects Supervisor at Pixomondo in Los Angeles, and the Visual Effects Supervisor for the London team.

We’ll be cheering for Hugo in the 84th Annual Academy Awards airing Sunday, February 26th, on ABC!

Dead Space 2

Dead Space 2, a third-person action-horror game from Electronic Arts, is nominated for which includes four on the Sound Design Team!

Katy Perry’s E.T. Music Video

While working at Dot & Effects studio, Animation & Visual Effects Alumni, (Class 65), was the CG Supervisor for Katy Perry’s E.T. music video! The video won the 2011 MTV VMA for Best Special Effects! Congrats Dylan!

A Thousand Words

6 years after being made in an MSV class, A Thousand Words, a short film involving a love story, is still winning awards! Created by former students and Ex’pression Alumni (Class 57), (Class 60), (Class 60), (Class 57), and ‘s (Class 60).
