Takes it to the Streets

EMERYVILLE, CA – April 14, 2010 –Ex’pression College for Digital Arts, one of the premier schools of its kind in the United States, will have an information session featuring members of the faculty and outreach teams on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Sunset Center in Carmel and at the Piccadilly Inn Shaw on Saturday, May 15th in Fresno. The Sunset Center is located at San Carlos Street & 9th Ave, Carmel, CA. The Piccadilly Inn Shaw is located at 2305 West Shaw Avenue in Fresno, CA. Both events run from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Members of the Media are welcome.

These market visits are part of an outreach program by the college in local high schools. Ex’pression College is located in Emeryville, CA in close proximity to digital entertainment companies as well as Silicon Valley technology leaders. College-bound students interested in pursuing an education in the areas of visual effects, motion graphics, sound and game art can study in the center of the Bay Area’s digital entertainment hub. Ex’pression grads have worked on numerous top film and audio projects including Avatar, A Christmas Carol and in companies such as Pixar and Lucas Arts.

Founded in 1999 by the late (2008) Dutch entrepreneur Eckart Wintzen, Ex’pression is a unique, accredited, digital arts college. Ex’pression College for Digital Arts teaches and grants Bachelor’s Degrees in four programs: Sound Arts; Animation & Visual Effects; Motion Graphic Design and Game Art & Design.
