EMERYVILLE, CA FEBRUARY 9, 2009 Ex’pression College for Digital Arts, the premier school of its kind in the United States, today announced the appointment of Steve DiNardo as Vice President of Marketing and Admissions. DiNardo comes to Ex’pression College with more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising with leading companies such as CBS Corp., Infinity Broadcasting and Westinghouse Corporation.
Before joining Ex’pression, DiNardo was Vice President and General Manager at CBS Radio’s Live 105 FM in the San Francisco Bay Area where he successfully reorganized business operations to increase profitability and firmly establish the station as an industry leader in alternative radio. He was also Vice President and General Manager at Infinity Broadcasting’s ALICE@97.3 FM, which became a model for similar stations around the country. While at the helm of ALICE, DiNardo pioneered the development of web presence for traditional broadcast properties, resulting in an industry-leading foothold in the digital revenue marketplace. DiNardo also held management positions at a variety of other Viacom, CBS Radio and Ackerley Communications broadcast properties.

Founded in 1999, Expression is a unique, fully licensed digital arts college. Ex’pression College for Digital Arts teaches and grants Bachelor’s degrees in four programs: Sound Arts; Animation & Visual Effects; Motion Graphic Design and Game Art & Design. Expression utilizes a professional, accelerated program, and students live and learn in the culture of digital arts for about 2.5 years. Each class is limited to a small number of students to insure excellent and hands-on learning and the student to computer ratio is one-to-one.
