ExpressionCollegeStudents Now Eligible to Receive Federal Financial Aid

Expression College for Digital Arts, among the premier schools of its kind in the United States, today announced that Expression students are now eligible to receive Federal Financial Aid for those who qualify.

“We realize that a college education represents a significant investment in a student’s future,” said Kirk Engel, CEO of Expression College for Digital Arts.  “Now that we can offer financial aid to students, we are committed to making a student’s education as affordable as possible so that they can move forward and focus on fulfilling their dreams.”

Most financial aid at Expression College is awarded based on demonstrated financial need, which is the difference between the cost of attending Expression College (tuition, fees, supplies, etc.), and what students and their families are able to contribute. Demonstrated financial need for federal funding is determined by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with the U.S. Department of Education.

Expression College participates in the following programs:

Federal Aid:

PELL Grant - Gift aid that does not have to be paid back
SEOG - Gift aid that does not have to be paid back
Federal Work Study - Financial Aid earned while working
Direct Stafford Loans - Loans from the government that must be paid back
Direct Plus Loans - Loans that are taken out by parents of dependent students that must be paid back
Expression College’s Financial Aid office is staffed with advisors who can guide students through the financial aid application process and determine their eligibility for Federal Financial Aid. The office can be contacted at 510-594-6933or via email at faoffice@expression.edu.
